摘　　要：从培养目标、教学模式、教学制度等方面,研究分析了美国、英国、德国、日本4个国家在创新人才培养模式上的做法和特点,在此基础上分析了我国高校在创新人才培养方面存在的问题,并提出了改进我国高校创新人才培养的建议。In this paper the characteristics of educating creative talents of research universities from some developed countries-U.S.,Britain,Germany,and Japa—are analyzed in terms of goals of education,teaching and learning methods,and administration. Suggestions are proposed to improve the education of creative talents for Chinese top universities.
