摘  要:分析了水环境容量的内涵和地下水资源开发利用产生的环境效应,探讨了地下水环境容量的概念,认为地下水环境容量是用来表征一定目标约束下,地下水系统对自然或人类活动影响所能承受能力的最大阙值,其评价指标可采用地下水临界水位、可持续开采量、TDS、水温、纳污能力等单项指标或多项综合指标。以济南泉域为例,采用地下水位与泉流量作为济南泉域岩溶地下水环境容量的阙值,论证了地下水环境容量的动态可变性。最后指出了地下水环境容量研究的发展趋势。This thesis has studied the content of water environmental capacity and environmental effect caused by explotation and utiliz ation of ground water resource, and has discussed on the concept with the conclusion that ground water environmental capacity refers to the maximum threshold that the ground water system could resist for both the natural and human being's activity, and its evaluation indices include the critical ground water level, sustainable exploitable amount, TDS, water temperature and pollution receiving capacity, respective or integrative. Take Ji'nan spring basin as an example, ground water level and spring flow rate was used as the threshold parameter for the environmental capacity of ground water in Ji' nan krast spring basin, and dynamic variability of the environmental capacity of ground water was demonstrated. At the end, a future trend in the domain of water environmental capacity research is indicated.
