摘 要:目的:探讨FGFR1OP和PTEN蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达情况。方法:选取58例NSCLC手术切除标本,采用SP法进行免疫组织化学染色。结果:FGFR1OP和PTEN的阳性表达率分别为91.4%(53/58)和44.8%(26/58)。FGFR1OP的表达与肿瘤的分化程度和病理类型密切相关,在鳞癌中的表达高于腺癌,P=0.002;肿瘤的分化程度较低时(腺癌P=0.003,鳞癌P=0.001)也呈现高表达。PTEN在肺腺癌中的表达高于在鳞癌中的表达,P=0.031;肿瘤低分化(腺癌P=0.023,鳞癌P=0.015)时,表达显著降低或缺失。FGFR1OP和PTEN在肺腺癌中的表达呈负相关,r=-0.733,P=0.025。结论:FGFR1OP的高表达与PTEN的低表达或表达缺失可能参与肿瘤的生长分化和进展,并提示预后不良。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions of FG- FR1OP and PTEN proteins in NSCLC. METHODS: The expressions of FGFR1OP and PTEN were examined in 58 NSCLC specimens with SP method. The relationship between the expressions of those proteins and various clinicopathologic factors was evaluated. RESULTS: The positive expression rates of FGFR1OP and PTEN were 91.4%(53/58) and 44.8%(26/58), respectively. The expression of FGFR1OP was significantly assotiated with the tumor cell differentiation and different pathological types. Higher FGFR1OP was found in squamous cell carcinomas (P = 0. 002) and lower differentiation (P= 0. 003, in adenocaicinomas; P= 0. 001, in squamous cell carcinomas). Lower PTEN expression was correlated with poor differentiation(P =0.023, in adenocaicinomas; P=0.015, in squamous cell carcinomas) and squamous cell carcinomas (P= 0. 031). FGFR1OP had a nagetive correlation with PTEN in adenocaicinomas, r=-0. 733, P=0. 025. CONCLUSION: High FGFRIOP expression or low PTEN expression are related to the cell differentiation and the progression of NSCLC.
