补肾益气化瘀胶囊治疗血管性痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察补肾益气化瘀胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将58例确诊为血管性痴呆、中医辨证为精气亏虚、血瘀痰阻的病人随机分成两组:观察组30例,口服补肾益气化瘀胶囊;对照组28例,口服脑复康片。疗程3个月。结果观察组总有效率86.7%,与对照组(总有效率60.8%)比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后痴呆的主要症状均有不同程度改善,观察组在病人记忆力、反应迟钝、认知障碍、语言障碍、情感障碍等方面症状改善的有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。长谷川智力表(HDS)评分,两组治疗后均比治疗前明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。组间比较,观察组治疗后HDS平分值的升高明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。临床观察过程中,病人服用补肾益气化瘀胶囊未出现不良反应。结论补肾益气化瘀胶囊是治疗血管性痴呆安全有效的制剂。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen - Yiqi - Huayu capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods 58 cases who diagnosed with vascular dementia, Chinese Traditional Medicine fine for the gas deficiency and blood stasis,Tanzu patients were randomly divided into two groups：observation group with 30 patients （oral Bushen - Yiqi - Huayu capsule） ; control group with 28 eases （ oral Piraeetam tablet） ,Treatment course three - months. Results The total effective rate was 86.7 percent,compared with the control group （ total effective rate 60. 8% ） , and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the main symptoms in two groups had some improvement ,induding the patient＇ s memory, slow, cognitive, language barriers, emotional barriers . The symptoms im- provemont was much better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Hasegawa＇s intellectual Table （HDS） increase more after treatment than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. While making inter - group comparison, HDS - score after treattent in the observation group was significantly higher than that in centrol group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The Bushen - Yiqi - Huayu capsule had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Bushen - Yiqi - Huayu capsule treatment vascular dementia is a safe and effective agents
