摘　　要：我国医患关系紧张的重要原因是患方对医方不信任,对卫生行政部门、医疗事故技术鉴定机构也不信任。这种情况在现行处理医疗纠纷机制中没有得到有效解决。建立一个患方信任的、中立的医疗纠纷调解机构,是解决这一问题的有效办法。该机构应由国家举办,使之具有权威性。The tense relationship between doctors and patients mainly results from patients＇ nonconfidenee of doctors, health administration and technical appraisal institution for medical accidents. In order to solve this problem, it may be an effective way to set up an authoritative neutral institution by the government for mediating medical dispute.
