摘 要:目的:运用积极型心理试量量表,从自尊、生活满意度及求助意识三个方面研究心理学课程的学习,对促进医专生积极心理变化方面的作用。方法:将176名医专生分成试验组和对照组,在试验组学生通过系统的心理学课程学习之后,采用自尊量表、生活满意度量表、SCL90和自制量表对两组学生施测。结果:试验组学生在自尊水平上高于对照组学生,差异有极显著意义(P=0.000);试验组学生在生活满意度上高于对照组学生,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);求助意识方面两组学生人数比例相差悬殊,经卡方检验差异有极显著意义(P=0.000)。结论:系统的心理学课程学习能提高医专生的自尊水平和生活满意度,并极大提高学生的求助意识,有利于改善医专生的心理生活质量。Objective:To research the effect of positive psychology course for medical college students by questionnaires of selfesteem,living satisfaction and assistance seeking awareness. Methods:176 medical college students were divided into intervention group and control group, and they were investigated by SES, LSS, SCL-90 and self-compiled scale after psychology course learning for intervention group. Results:There are significant differences between intervention group and control group on self-esteem and living satisfaction. The intervention group is better than the control group, and χ^2 test shows evident difference between the two groups on assistance seeking awareness. Conclusion: Psychology course learning improves the self-esteem and living satisfaction of medical college students, and can greatly promote students' assistance-seeking awareness as well as medical college students' quality of life.
