摘 要:目的:建立雌性鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型并针对此模型探讨其病理特征。方法:选择迪法克品系和龙城品系雌性鹌鹑各30只,分别按体重随机分为两组:对照组,模型组,每组15只,对照组予普通饲料,模型组予造模料(15g/kg.d)。动态观察两种品系鹌鹑毛色、精神状态、体重变化情况,并检测尿酸(UA)水平。两种品系进行比较,选择造模效果较理想的品系,通过检测其甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(GLU)水平变化及与UA代谢相关酶黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、鸟嘌呤脱氨酶(GD)活性,总结雌性鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型病理特征。结果:两种品系鹌鹑各组毛色有光泽,精神状态较佳。龙城鹌鹑体重增长不均匀,波动较大,迪法克鹌鹑体重基本呈增长趋势。龙城鹌鹑造模20天、40天、60天时,模型组尿酸水平均升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。造模30天时,模型组尿酸水平出现一过性降低,与对照组比较无显著性差异。迪法克鹌鹑造模7天、14天、21天和28天,模型组血清UA水平均升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。经比较选择迪法克鹌鹑总结其病理特征。模型组TG、GLU水平在造模期间与对照组比较无显著性差异。模型组造模7天时GD活性显著升高,28天时XOD、ADA、GD活性升高,与对照组比较,有显著性差异。结论:本实验通过两种品系比较成功建立了迪法克雌性鹌鹑高尿酸血症模型。造模期间高尿酸水平持续,不伴有TG、GLU水平升高的病理现象,造模28天时XOD、ADA、GD活性升高。Objective:To establish female quail hyperuricemia model and to study its pathological feature. Methods :30 quails of Difake strain and Lungcheng strain were divided into 2 groups according to weight randomly:control group and model group, 15 quails each granpcontrol group were given the common feeder, model group were given the yeast powder( 15g/kg per day). Observing color pattern, mental status and weight , and assaying the level of UA. Comparing the two strains , selecting the better one, and summing up the pathological feature of female quails through assaying TG,GLU level and XOD ,ADA ,GD activity related to UA metabolism. Results:Quails of both strains developed well, and the mental status was good relatively. The weight of Longcheng quails was uneven,and that of Difake quails had been increasing steadlyThe UA level of model group of Longcheng quails was higher significandy than that of control group on the 20^th ,40^th and 60^th day of modeling. On the 30th day. The UA level of model group was lower than that of control group temporarily but there was no significant difference. The UA level of Difake quails had been significantly higher than that of control group during modeling time. There was no significant difference in the level of TG, GLU between model group and control group GD activity in model group is significantly higher than that of control group on the 7th day. XOD, ADA, GD activity were significantly higher in model group than that of contral group. Conclusion :The hyperurlcemia model of Difake female quail was erected successfully through comparing two different quail strains. The UA level had been higher in model group, and there was no obvious change in TG,GLU level XOD,GD and ADA activity increased on the 28th day of modeling.
