摘 要:目的:寻求建立肺脾两虚型慢性阻塞性肺病(COPB)大鼠模型的新方法。方法:用熏香烟30天联合两次气管内滴入脂多糖(LPS 2001μg/次)建立肺虚型COPD大鼠模型,并配合番泻叶泻下法建立脾虚型动物模型,从而建立肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠模型。结果:模型组动物有慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿的特征性病理改变,有肺脾两虚的症状体征表现;气道壁厚度高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:烟熏法联合气管内滴入脂多糖并配合番泻叶泻下法可以成功建立肺脾两虚型COPD大鼠模型。Objective :To find a new way of establishing a rat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) with deficiency of both lung and spleen model. Methods : The model group was established by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) twice with exposure to cigarite smoke about 30 days. And then the rats were treated with gastric infusion of senna leaf steep. We compared the model group with the control group, through observing the general state and the changes in histopathology, measuring the thickness of airway wall. Results :The model group had the histopathological changes of chronic bronchitls and emphysema. The rats had the symptoms and sign of deficiency of both lung and spleen. The thickness of airway wall of the model gronp was higher than the control group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: By intratracheal instillation of LPS with exposure to eigarite smoke and treating with gastric infusion of senna leaf steep ,the COPD rat model with deficiency of both lung and spleen was successfully established. This method may provide suitable rat model for the further traditional Chinese medicine research about human COPD.
