塞克硝唑片治疗牙周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价塞克硝唑片治疗牙周炎的疗效和安全性。方法:61例牙周炎患者,采用多中心、随机、双盲、平行对照试验设计,比较试验组(塞克硝唑片,n=33)与对照组(替硝唑片,n=28)的临床疗效和安全性。结果:试验组与对照组治疗牙周炎的有效率分别为15.2%、14.3%(P>0.05);2组安全性皆很好,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:塞克硝唑片治疗牙周炎疗效与替硝唑相当,安全。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Secnidazole in patients with periodontitis. METHODS： This study was a multicenter, randomized, double- blind, parallel -controlled trial in which 33 periodontitis cases were treated by Secnidazole tablets （trial group）, and 28 by Tinidazole tablets （control group） . RESULTS： There were significant differences between the trial group and the control group in effective rate （15.2% versus 14.3% ） （P 〉0.05） . Nor were there significant differences between the two groups in safety. CONCLUSION： The therapeutic effect and safety of Secnidazole is similar to Tinidazole in patients with periodontitis.
