学术环境对博士后科研创新能力的影响

摘　　要：以博士后作为分析对象,从材料物理与化学、通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理、生物细胞学、生物化学与分子生物学这五个一级学科中选2001-2004年这四年间在全国所有流动站进站博士后发表的论文进行统计分析。基于博士后在"985"学校与非"985"学校的相互流动,从两个方面比较了"跨学校"对博士后科研创新能力的影响,结果发现,非"985"学校与"985"学校一样,同样可以提升博士后的科研创新能力。This paper tries to test the argument based on database of post-doctors in the five disciplinary, they are materials physics and chemistry, communication and information system, signals and information processing, biological cytology and biochemistry and molecular biology. Paper is used as the indicator of research and innovation capability which are selected and analyzed from 2001 to 2004 in Chinese journal. This paper compares cross-university post-doctoral research capacity with non-cross-university from vertical and horizontal aspects. The conclusion is： Both ＂cross-university＂ and ＂non-cross-university＂ all show higher science research and innovation capability.
