摘　　要：粗糙集是继概率论、模糊集、证据理论之后的又一个处理含糊和不确定性的数学工具。本文分析将粗糙集应用于评标过程的科学性及决策特点,提出了利用粗糙集进行系统评标的方法。首先对评价的定量指标和定性指标分别进行离散化处理,然后应用粗糙集理论中基于核值的属性约简及规则提取技术,形成评标决策规则,用于粗选候选企业。Rough set is another to01 which is dealing ambiguous and uncertain problems after theory of probability, fuzzy set and evidence theory. This paper analyzes the scientificalness and decision-making characteristic of applying Rough Set to bid-evaluation process, brings forward the method of applying rough set to system evaluation. First, this thesis is carried out in scattered disposal respectively on the quantify index and qualitative index of estimating, Second, applying attribute education and rule to pick-up technology based on the core value of Rough Set to pick candidate bidders roughly.
