摘　　要：目的探讨遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病(hereditary gingival fibromatosis,HGF)的临床表型和遗传学特征。方法回顾我院2008年5月收治的2例HGF患者,对其发病机制,临床表现及其相关综合征、遗传学特征、组织病理学表现、诊断分型及治疗预后进行分析。结果2例患者均符合非综合征型HGF。结论HGF属常染色体显性遗传性疾病,表型多样。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and genetic features of autosomal dominant hereditary gingival fibromatosis （HGF）. Methods Two patients with HGF were referred to the Department of Oral and Maxil- lofacial Surgery of our hospital and were treated in May, 2008. Their pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and related syndromes, genetic features, histopathological features, diagnosis and typing, and their treatment and prognosis were discussed and analyzed retrospectively. Results The two cases were non - syndrome HGF. Conclusion Hereditary gingival fibromatosis is autosomal dominant inherited disorder with variable expressivity.
