质量体系有效运行的系统方法与应用研究

摘　　要：产品复杂度的增加要求参与其制造的相关企业在现有质量体系的基础上有效地开展质量活动。基于质量体系一般特性的系统分析,提出了产品制造过程中质量体系有效运行的"MPDB"系统分析法和与之配套的管理技术"产品-岗位工作流程图"。在核电站蒸发器管子支撑板的制造体系中实施运用,效果良好。Along with the increasing of the complexity of the products, related enterprises are requested to carry out the quality control system effectively based on existing conditions. On the basis of systematical analysis of common characteristics of quality system, the system analysis approach＂ MPDB＂ and its completed management technology＂ work flowchart of product and post＂ are proposed for effective operation of quality system in manufacturing procedures. The concrete implementation in manufacturing tube supporting plates of vaporizer for nuclear power station verifies excellent effects.
