摘　　要：经学的理学化促进了经学的转型和儒学的进一步发展,提高了中国哲学的理论思辨水平。理学对经学的改造基本上适应了中国社会发展的要求,具有一定的历史必然性,并确立了以儒为主、融合三教的学术发展模式。这对于促进儒家经学及中国学术思想的发展具有重要意义。Neo - Confucianismization of Classic Learning promotes the Classic Learning＇s transition and the further development of Confucianism. And it raises the level of theoretical speculation of Chinese Philosophy. Neo - Confucianism transforms Classic Learning , which adapts to the basic requirements of social de- velopment in China, and is of historical necessity. It also establishes a Confucian - oriented academic development system which fuses three religions. It is important to develop Confucian Classics and Chinese Academic.
