摘　　要：军队医院聘用文职人员是军队人事制度改革的重大举措。我院经过连续2年对178名文职护理人员的选拔录用、培训和使用,建立了一套科学的文职护理人员队伍管理体系,加强了整体队伍的建设,以确保医院护理质量的可持续发展。It is an important measurement to employ the civil nurses in the military hospitals for the reform of the human resource in army. Our hospital have selected and trained 178 civil nurses for two years. A scientific management system of civil nurses has been construction. It can strengthen the construction of the whole nursing team and ensure the continued development of nursing quality.
