摘　　要：介绍了新信息环境下的资源建设工作现状,探讨E-Science环境下的资源采访工作的内涵和外延,认为当前的工作重心之一是面向学科化服务的资源组织。最后根据当前资源建设发展的大环境,提出有效可行的若干措施。Focused on current resources construction, the paper introduced the new information environment, discussed the connotation and extension of the resources construction in the e- science environment, then it was considered that one of the focus resources services was subject resources construction. Finally, based on the current situation, the article put forward some effective measures feasible to subject resources construction.
