摘  要:分析了铅锌尾矿上珍珠菜、白茅、葛藤、一年蓬4种植物周围土壤的重金属含量、细菌数量、耐性细菌数量及比例、细菌重金属抗性和抗生素抗性特征。结果表明铅锌尾矿上不同植物对土壤中重金属有效态含量的改变具有不同的作用,这种改变将为细菌提供不同的生长环境。珍珠菜周围土壤中细菌总数最多,一年蓬次之,葛藤第三,而白茅周围土壤中细菌总数最少。4种植物周围土壤细菌的耐锌与耐铅能力差异较大,存在铅依赖细菌,锌污染可能是尾矿区细菌生长受限制的主要原因。铅锌尾矿不同植物周围土壤细菌具有较广泛的抗重金属特性,但抗生素抗性较弱,且不同植物周围土壤细菌的抗性能力差异较大,显示不同植物周围土壤的细菌种类可能已具有明显的差异。We studied the heavy metal content, bacteria number, heavy metal tolerant bacteria number and proportions, property of heavy metal-resistant bacteria and antibiotic-resistant bacteria in mine tailings soils polluted by Pd and Zn under four different plants (Lysimachia clethroides, Imperata cylindric , Putraria Iobaia and Erigeron onnuus). The results showed that the impacts of different plants on the available heavy metal content were different, which could change the environment and provide the suitable growth conditions for soil bacteria. The soil bacteria count under different plants was in the decreased orders: Lysimachia clethroides, Erigeron annuus, Putraria iobaia and Imperata cylindrica. The ability of Zn-tolerant and Pb-tolerant of soils around four different plants was different. There were Pb-dependent bacteria and Zn pollution might be the main reasons for limitation of bacterial growth. The property of heavy metal-resistant bacteria in mine tailings polluted by Pb and Zn was wide, however, the ability of antibiotic-resistant bacteria was weak. The properties of bacteria around different plants were different, indicating that the types of bacteria around different plants were changed.
