广东省独立学院大学生职业价值观现状、成因及对策研究

摘　　要：职业价值观是独立学院大学生价值观系统的重要构成部分。该研究对广东省五所独立学院在读大学生职业价值观的调查数据进行实证分析,全面探讨独立学院大学生职业价值观的主要特点和影响因素,进而就教育和引导当代大学生树立科学理性的职业价值观进行了专门的对策性研究。Work values is an important component of Independent Institute undergraduates values system. Through empirical analysis of the survey date of five Independent Institute undergraduates work values in Guangdong province,this research all-round explored the principal features and factors affecting independent Institute undergraduates work values,and then specially explored the countermeasures on how to educate and guide Inde- pendent Institute undergraduates to establish a scientific and rational work values.
