翻压绿肥对烤烟叶片有机酸含量的影响

摘　　要：于2005年11月在重庆武隆县种植绿肥,2006年4月翻压入田,以研究翻压绿肥对烤烟叶片有机酸含量的影响。结果表明,绿肥翻压量与13种有机酸含量呈正相关关系,且与其中3种有机酸的含量呈极显著正相关关系,绿肥翻压量与饱和脂肪酸含量之间达到极显著正相关关系。多元羧酸等部分有机酸含量与绿肥翻压量之间呈负相关关系。绿肥翻压量与8种有机酸、饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸含量和有机酸总含量之间的回归方程较好地拟合了它们之间的关系,能够较好地根据绿肥翻压量预测其含量。Experiment was carried out to study the effect of green manure application on organic acids in flue-cured tobacco leaves. The green manure was sowed on November in 2005 and the application of green manures was in April of 2006 at Wulong county of Chongqing. The results showed that the quantity of green manure and 13 organic acids＇ contents have a positive correlation, and have a most prominence positive correlation with 3 organic acids and saturated fatty acid contents. The quantity of green manure between multi-carboxylic acid and some other organic acids＇ contents have a negative correlation. The regression equations between the quantity of green manure and 8 organic acids＇ contents,saturated fatty acid content,unsaturated fatty acid content and the total organic acid content expressed their correlation very well. These organic acids contents can be forecasted by the regression equations.
