摘　　要：医务社会工作在我国已经起步,但到目前为止仍然缺少相关政策和制度的支持,用人制度的缺失严重阻碍了医务社会工作的发展。中国的社会转型和变迁创造了医务社会工作发展的制度空间,目前迫切需要国家制订相关政策支持与制度化的保障措施,使作为一项制度安排的医务社会工作逐步实现专业化和规范化。In China, medical social work has already been started. But so far, due to the lack of relevant policies and institutional supports, further development of medical social work is seriously hampered by the personnel institution shortage： China＇s social transformation and change have provided developing space for medical social work. Now, the national relevant policy support and institutionalized safeguard mechanism become imperative, which can make medical social work, as an institutional arrangement, gradually achieve its specialization and standardization.
