从一典型案例看医疗机构医疗事故防控机制的构建

摘　　要：医疗事故的频繁发生是我国当前医患冲突的最大隐患。事实上,医疗事故发生的主要原因在于医务人员在医疗活动过程中的主观过失。这种主观过失在客观方面表现为其医疗行为的违法性,正因为如此,医疗事故可以防控,并且重在防控。如果试图避免医疗事故的发生或将其降低到最小限度,实现医患和谐,建立有效的医疗事故防控机制则是医疗机构的关键所在。Presently, the frequent occurence of medical accidents is the greatest hidden danger in the doctorpatient conflicts, In fact, this kind of medical accidents can be prevented and controlled, where the key should be layed, for the reason that medical accidents primarily lay in objective fault made by medical staff during the medical activities, which is shown as illegality in the subjective aspect. How to avoid medical accidents or minimize the possibility, to realize the doctor-patient-relationship harmony, and to establish an effective prevention and control mechanism is where the key lies in a medical organization.
