摘 要:对2000-2008年毛细管电泳在食品农药残留分析中的应用进展进行综述,共分为三部分:第一部分介绍了毛细管电泳在农药分析中的一些主要分离模式和检测方法;第二部分介绍了与毛细管电泳联用的主要样品预处理方法;第三部分评述了近年来应用于食品中农药残留分析的各种检测方法和毛细管电泳分离模式。并探讨了这一研究领域的未来发展趋势。引用文献56篇。A review of recent advance of application of capillary electrophoresis to the analysis of residual pesticides in foodstuffs, covering mainly the years from 2000 to 2008, was presented, which was related in 3 parts. In the 1st part, main separation modes and testing methods used generally in the capillary electrophoretic analysis of pesticides were introduced; in the 2nd part, methods of sample pretreatment used in combination with capillary electrophoresis were described; and in the 3rd part, modes of separation and methods of detection (i. e. , UV, LIF, MS and ED) used especially in capillary electrophoretic analysis of residual pesticides in foodstuffs during recent years were reviewed. A brief discussion of the future prospects and trends in this research field were also given (56 ref. cited).
