摘　　要：目的:提高膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤(Inverted papilloma of the bladder,IPB)的诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析我院13例膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤患者的临床资料,结合文献资料进行探讨。结果:13例患者接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)治疗,术后随访无复发。结论:IPB呈良性肿瘤特点生长,预后良好。诊断依赖于膀胱镜检及术后病理检查,TURBt是IPB的标准治疗方法,术后予膀胱灌注化疗有利于预防复发。Objective：To improve the levels of diagnosis and treatment of inverted papilloma of the bladder（IPB）. Methods：Data of 13 cases with IPB were retrospectively and discussed with reference to the literature. Results： All of the 13 patients received trans urethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBO, they were not suffered from IPB recurrence during the follow up period. Conclusions：IPB is a benign tumor with good prognosis. Cystoscopic examination and postoperative pathologic examination are the most important diagnostic method. TURBt is the standard treatment to IPB. Intravesical instillation with chemotherapeatic drugs after initial operation is beneficial to prevent recurrence.
