摘　　要：目的:研究口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)中细胞角蛋白(CK)的表达。方法:采用SDS-PAGE、Westernblot法检测15例OLP颊部病变和正常黏膜中细胞角蛋白的表达情况。结果:OLP组与对照组均出现CK1的表达,OLP组中CK2、CK4、CK5表达降低。结论:①.OLP时上皮分化产生CK1使上皮角化增厚,增强颊黏膜的抵抗性。②.OLP中CK2、CK4、CK5的异常表达分别与OLP的异常角化、基底细胞液化坏死有关。Objective： To explore the possible alteration of cytokeratins expression in OLP and reveal the nosogenesis of OLP. Method：The expression of cytokeratins were detected in 15 samples of OLP by means of SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Result： In control group, we detected the appearance of cytokeratin1,2,4,5,11,13,14,16. There are cytokeratin 1.11.13.14,16,17 in oral buccal mucosa of OLP lesions. Conclusion： （1）. OLP lesions demonstrated profound changes in the site-specific CK profile. The presence of CK1 in OLP lesions may due to a range of stimuli that put a heav- ier functional demand on the tissue. Thus, it can make epithelium thickening. （2）. The decreased expression of CK2,4,5 are respectively correlated with the abnormal keratinization, abnormal differentiation and necrotic alteration of the basal layer.
