摘 要:目的:对比研究ZY-1、SY-1及A-2186三种赝复硅橡胶的吸水率和溶解率,评价ZY-1硅橡胶的对水的稳定性。方法:在相同条件下对三种硅橡胶材料进行吸水率和溶解率测定,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:ZY-1的吸水率及溶解率与A-2186无显著性差异,而明显低于SY-1。结论:赝复硅橡胶材料ZY-1具有良好的水解稳定性。Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the water sorption and solubility of new prosthetic silicone elastomer-ZY-1, and compare them with those of A-2186 and SY-1. Method: Water Sorption and solubility of SY- 1, A-2186 and ZY-1 were determined and compared. Statistical analyses were done using a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Result: The water sorption and solubility of ZY-1 addition-type silicone elastomer were similar to those of A- 2186, which was markedly lower than those of SY-1. Conclusion: ZY-1 addition-type silicone rubber processed low water sorption and solubility for use as a maxillofacial prosthetic material.
