摘  要:目的:了解上颌缝牵张成骨对骨形成蛋白2、4、7及缝组织超微结构的影响。方法:以杂种犬21只为实验动物,实验组在腭横缝及额上颌缝安置内置式镍钛合金牵引丝。对照组不作处理。术后5d、10d、15d、20d、30d、40d切取腭横缝组织,进行免疫组化研究及透射电镜观察。结果:实验组腭横缝被成功延长,BMP-2、BMP-4呈强阳性表达,BMP-7弱阳性表达,阳性染色主要定位于成骨细胞中。结论:缝牵引可以顺利扩张生长期上颌骨缝;BMP-2、BMP-4可以激发和增殖前体间充质细胞,并可诱导间充质细胞转化为成骨细胞;1500g力既可明显增强成骨细胞生物学活性又不会造成器质性损伤。Objective: To observe the response and changes of maxillary suture to distraction forces in growing mon- grel dogs. Method: 21 mongrel dogs about 3-4 month were used in the study. A self-designed internal nickel-titanium shape memory metal was used for expanding maxillary suture. 3 dogs were killed 5,10,15,20,30 and 40 days respectively after operation, the distracted suture samples were harvested and processed for transmission electron microscopic observation and immunohistochemistry examination of BMP-2,4,7 expression, other undistracted animals were used as the controls. Result: The transverse palatine suture was extened successfully in distracted dogs. Strong expression of BMP-2,4 were de- tected in the fibroblast-like cells and the active osteoblasts. However the expression of BMP-7 in low expression during osteoblast distraction. Conclusion: The sutural distraction osteogenesis is a effective operative method to extend the maxillary bone of dogs in development stage. BMP-2,4 may play important roles in the process of bone formation during suture distraction osteogenesis. Distraction force of 1500 g not only can't damage osteoblast but also improve it's biologic activity.
