中国部分地方鸡种肌肉硫胺素含量比较研究

摘　　要：通过对我国肖山鸡、白耳鸡、狼山鸡、乌骨鸡、油鸡、白耳鸡（♂）×肖山鸡（♀）、肖山鸡（♂）×白耳鸡（♀）７个不同地方鸡种肌肉硫胺素含量进行的比较研究，结果表明，肌肉中硫胺素含量由高到低依次为白耳鸡、肖山鸡（♂）×白耳鸡（♀）、肖山鸡、白耳鸡（♂）×肖山鸡（♀）、乌骨鸡、狼山鸡、油鸡，其中白耳鸡肌肉硫胺素含量显著高于乌骨鸡、狼山鸡和油鸡（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与肖山鸡及两个正反交组合杂种鸡没有显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），乌骨鸡、狼山鸡及油鸡间没有显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；性别间分析结果表明母鸡肌肉硫胺素含量有高于公鸡的趋势，但统计检验结果表明并不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）。此外，各地方鸡种肌肉硫胺素含量与体重相关分析表明，肌肉硫胺素含量与体重呈负相关，其中乌骨鸡、油鸡相关系数达极显著水平（Ｐ＜０．０１）。By comparison on contents of muscle thiamine in Chinese native chickens, the results showed that the order of contents of muscle thiamine from high to low is white earlobes chickens, Xiaoshan chickens (♂)×White earlobes chickens (♀), Xiaoshan chickens, white earlobes chickens (♂)×Xiaoshan chickens (♀), Silkies, Langshan chickens, Beijing fatty chickens, of them, contents of muscle thiamine in White earlobes chickens is significantly higher than one of Silkies, Langshan chickens and Beijing fatty chickens ( P <0 05). There is not significant difference in contents of muscle thiamine between male and female, but contents of muscle thiamine in female are higher than one of male ( P >0 05). In addition, there are significant negative correlation relationship between contents in muscle thiamine and body weight at 12 weeks of age in Silkes and Beijing fatty chickens ( P <0 01).
