摘　　要：目的探讨Bolus chasing技术在临床中的应用价值。方法23例患者应用Bolus chasing技术行上、下肢体动脉造影,获得动脉血管造影图像。结果23例患者血管显示优良,达到放射诊断和介入治疗的要求。结论Bolus chasing技术能准确显示肢体动脉解剖结构及血流情况,有明显临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of Bolus chasing technique on the clinic application. Method Twenty-three patient＇s images of artery-angiograply of the whole superior or lower limb were obtained through Bolus chasing technique. Result The demonstrations of artery were excellent and reached the needs of radiologic diagnosis and interventional treatment. Conclusion Bolus chasing technique could exhibit the anatomy and blood flow of limb artery accurately, has remarkably clinical applicabable value.
