亚健康状态脾气虚证的流行病学调查及证候分析

摘　　要：目的及方法应用横断面研究方法,采用现场调查方式。让调查者填写亚健康调查问卷。结合临床检查结果,判断健康状况(包括健康、亚健康、疾病)。同时通过医师访谈采集四诊资料,按有关中医证候的辨证标准进行辨证。结果本次调查1280医科高校人群,有706名处于亚健康状态。脾气虚证为其常见证候之一。结论该研究显示,脾气虚证亦是亚健康状态的最常见证候之一。亚健康状态的中医证型较为分散。亚健康脾气虚证的主要临床表现特征有:①气虚表现;②脾胃症状;③体质虚;④舌淡,脉细弱。Objective and Method Authors used the approach of cross-sectional study, adopted the on-the-spot investigation method, leted respondents fill the sub-healthy questionnaire, combined the clinical examination results, judged the health status （including health, sub-health and disease）, at same time gathered the respondent＇s information material of the four diagnosis methods of the traditional Chinese medicine through doctor＇s interview and carried on differentiation of symptoms and signs according to the relevant syndromes standard of the Chinese traditional medicine. Result In this investigation among 1 280 people who come from the medical university, there were 706 people in subhealthy state. The deficiency of spleen-QI was one of common syndrome of sub-health. Conclusion The Chinese traditional medicine syndromes of sub-healthy state distribute fairly extensive. Their main clinical manifestation characteristics are： ①the deficiency of vital energy behaves; ②spleen and stomach symptom; ③physique state;④the pale tongue and the feeble pulses.
