摘　　要：随着临床药学研究的迅速发展和信息系统技术的深入应用，电子药历正逐渐成为临床医务工作者沟通的桥梁。通过构建区域临床药学服务数据中心，将为药师提供药物治疗的安全性、合理性、有效性和经济性等综合数据。使其更有效地与临床医师互动，为患者提供更好的服务。Along with the rapid development of research on clinical pharmacy and further application of information system technology, the electronic medication record is increasingly becoming the communicative bridge among clinical medical workers. By building up a data center for regional clinical pharmacy service, integrated data for medication such as safety, rationality, efficacy and economy will be available to pharmacists, which can be of an interaction more effective with the clinical physician and of a better service for the patient.
