摘 要:目的:采用热交替实验研究分析空气喷磨与牙本质涂料相结合是否能减少树脂充填微渗漏的发生。方法:将60颗完好的离体磨牙随机分成5组,每组12颗,其中对照组(Ⅰ组)为使用牙本质涂料组;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为使用50/μm氧化铝空气喷磨组,且Ⅲ组结合使用牙本质涂料;Ⅳ、Ⅴ组为使用27μm氧化铝空气喷磨组,且Ⅴ组结合使用牙本质涂料。每组一半牙齿进行热交替处理(5~55℃,2500转)后,用染料渗入法着色,最后观察微渗漏情况。结果:空气喷磨结合使用牙本质涂料能显著地减少微渗漏(P〈0.05),50μm较27μm微粒显著减少微渗漏(P〈0.05)。结论:空气喷磨结合使用牙本质涂料能显著地减少微渗漏现象的的发生。Objective: By thermocycling in each group, to investigate the combination of air abrasion with dentin adhensive whether or not reduce the microleakage in resion restorations. Methods: Sixty extracted human molar teeth were assigned arbitrarily to five groups with 12 teeth each. The dentin adhensive was used in Group Ⅰ;The air abrasion with 50 μm aluminum Oxide particles was used in Group Ⅱ and Group m, also the dentin adhensive was used in Group m at the same timelThe air abrasion with 27 μm aluminum oxide particles was ased in Group Ⅳ and Group Ⅴ, also the dentin adhensive was used in Group Ⅴ. Sixty teeth in each group were thermocycled (5 -55 ℃, 2 500cycles). Dye penetration was evaluated in order scale, Finally to observe the condition of microleakage. Results: After combinating air abrasion with dentin adhensive, the microleakage was reduced obviously, etched sPecimens (P 〈 0.05), Air abraded with 50 μm aluminum oxide particles reduced microleakage than air abraded with 27μm aluminum oxide particles etched specimens(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:The air abrasion should be combined with dentin adhensive to reduce the mieroleakage in resin restorations.
