摘　　要：儒家文化具有丰富的伦理思想,对现代医学伦理道德建设可以发挥重要影响。儒家的仁学思想与现代医学人道观存在内在的契合。儒家文化中有关"仁者,人也"、"仁者,爱人"、"见利思义"、"己欲立则立人"的思想对当下医学职业道德建设有直接的指引价值。The Confucian culture is rich in ethical thoughts which have great influence on the construction of medical professionalism. There is an internal coherence between Confucian ethics of benevolence and modern view of medical humanity. Shining doctrines in Confucian culture include ＂benevolent ones are true human beings＂ and ＂benevolent ones should be kind to others＂ , etc, all of which have a direct guiding value for the construction of current medical professionalism.
