摘　　要：全国十城市医患关系现状的典型调查表明:政府在构建和谐医患关系中任重道远。通过调查,对政府的责任与措施进行回顾,并对影响医患关系的政府责任因素进行分析并提出对策。It is shown by the typical investigation on the status of doctor - patient relationship in ten cities of China that the government should shoulder heavy responsibilities in the establishment of harmony doctor - patient relationship. On the basis of this investigation , this article reviews the governmental measure in health management and policy, analyzes the factors of governmental responsibility and presents some proposal of it.
