摘　　要：通过对当前医疗成本控制过程中所引发的伦理问题的研究,寻求一种在进行医疗服务成本控制时,符合伦理要求及道德规范的模式,达到有效的医疗服务成本控制,实现医疗服务机构的长期效益与短期效益的有机结合、经济效益与社会效益的和谐共进。This article aims to seek a moral and ethical model to achieve effective cost control of medical service after investigating the ethical problems initiated by current control process of medical service cost. It should be a standard model that combines the long - term profitability and the short - term one as well as the economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
