应用生物电阻抗法测定农村儿童体成份及肥胖分析

摘　　要：应用生物电阻抗法测定540名8－13岁儿童体成份，男生的体脂百分比（F％）体脂量（F）、及瘦体重（L）分别为19．7±3．0、5．9±0．9kg、23．8±3．2kg；女生的F％、F、L分别为23．0±3．8、6．8±1．1kg、21．±2．9kg。以男生F％＞24、女生F％＞28判断为肥胖，男女生肥胖检出率分别为4．01％和3．38％，与体重法、身体质量指数法对肥胖的检出情况相近。Body composition was measured by bioelectric impedance analysis in 540 ruzal children aged 8 ~ 13 year. The average values of percentage of fat (F% ), fat - mass(F), lean - mass(L) were 19.7±3.0，5. 9±0. 9kg and 23. 8±3. 2kg for males and 23.0 ±3 .8,6.8±1. 1kg and 21. 8±2.9kg for females. Taking F% > 24(males) and F% > 28(famales) as obesity criteria, the rates of obesiby for boys and girls was 4.01% and 3. 38% respetively. The results, presental in the paper were similar to those obtained by the methods of body weight and body mass index.
