卵黄抗体对沙土鼠胃内感染幽门螺杆菌的治疗试验

摘　　要：以蒙古沙土鼠为试验动物,试验鼠间隔48 h 2次灌服接种幽门螺杆菌(Hp)ATCC 43504株布氏培养液1 mL(1.15×108cfu.mL-1),接种7 d后将试验鼠随机分为4组,每组16只,A、B、C组分别灌服生理盐水、复合抗生素和抗Hp卵黄抗体,每天2次,连续12 d;D组间隔48 h皮下注射抗Hp卵黄抗体2次,探讨Hp特异卵黄抗体对模型鼠胃内Hp感染的治疗效果。结果表明:用药前试验鼠胃内均有大量Hp定植,感染率100%;用药后7 d,B组鼠Hp清除率为60%;但C、D组鼠胃内均有数量较多的Hp存在(P<0.05)。用药后14 d,B、C、D组胃内Hp清除率分别为60%、60%、40%,三者差异不显著。提示灌服和注射抗Hp卵黄抗体可抑制沙土鼠胃内Hp感染,其抑制效果与抗生素相似。To observe the effects of treatment by egg-yolk antibody for Helicobacter pylori infection in the stomach of Mongolian gerbil. The experiment gerbils were orally inoculated with H. pylori grown in Brucella broth （ATCC43504, 1.15 × 10^8 cfu .mL^-1） twice at 48-hour-interval, and divided into 4 groups （16 mice per group） on the seventh day after first inoculation time. Then the gerbils took orally normal saline in group A, association of antibiotics in group B, egg-yolk antibody against H. pylori in Group C for 12 days （two time per day）. The egg-yolk antibody was injected hypodermically twice with a 48-hour-interval in group D. There were more H. pylori in the stomach before medication, with infeetion rate of 100%. On the seventh day after medication the clearance rate of H. pylori was 60% in group B, and there were more H. pylori in group C and group D than that in group B. But on the fourteenth day after taking orally drugs, the clearance rate was 60% in both of group B and group C, but 40% in group D, with no difference among the 3 groups. Taking orally or injecting the egg-yolk antibody against H. pylori might decreased H. pylori infection in the stomach of Mongolian gerbil, and the effects were not obviously different compared with antibiotic.
