摘　　要：恶性黑色素瘤是高度恶性、较早转移的恶性肿瘤。由于人们对美容保健的重视，以及对黑痣的处理不当，诱发黑痣恶变，使发病率呈增高趋势。笔者通过对136例恶性黑色素瘤的临床与病理观察，在发病年龄、好发部位、临床表现及诱因等方面进行分析，重点对痛变特点进行病理诊断，以提醒人们高度重视，做到预防为主，并早期发现，早期诊断，早期治疗。Malignant melanomas is malignant tumor which is highly malignant and transfers earlier. People pay much attention to beauty effect and health care and treat melanotic nevus wrongly, make melanotic nevus worse and Incidence increasing tendency. By clinical and pathological observation of 136 cases of malignant melanomas, incidence age, position, clinical manifestation and causes are analyzed in the paper. It should bring to high attention of the public and early finding, diagnosis and therapy.
