摘　　要：三级医师查房是重要的医疗制度。三级医师查房记录是三级医师查房制度落实情况的重要反映,也是基础医疗质量的主要体现。本文提出了切实落实三级医师查房管理模式,认真做好病历记录,通过逐级管控提升三级医师查房质量监控能力。Three - level ward round is an important medical system. Records of three - levels ward round do not only represent the implement of this system, but also embody the basic medical quality. The article put forward that hospital should earnestly implement the management model and improve its quality control capability by use of level control.
