表皮生长因子与某些胃部疾病关系的初探

摘　　要：目的探讨人尿表皮生长因子（hEGF）与某些胃部疾病的关系。方法随机检查244例胃部疾病患者和66例正常人，用放射免疫分析法测定随意尿hEGF的水平。结果①胃癌组患者尿bEGF水平明显升高，与消化性溃疡组、慢性胃炎组及对照组比较有明显差异（P＜0.01）；②消化性溃疡组和慢性胃炎组尿hEGF水平明显升高者中76．5％的胃粘膜伴有间变或肠化，且随着hECF水平升高胃粘膜间变或肠化所占的比例有所增加。结论尿hEGF水平升高与胃癌及胃部癌前病变可能有一定联系。objective T0 investigate the relationship between urine human epidermal growth factor (hEGF) andsome gastric diseases. Methods The levels of free urine hEGF in 244 patients with gastric disease and 66 healthy controls were measured with radioimmunoassay. Results Urine hEGF levels in patients with gastriccarcinoma were markedly higher than those in patients with Peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis and normal controls(P < 0 .01 ). Among Peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis patients with markedly high urine hEGF Levels (morethan 15O/L) 76 .5% have gastric mucosal dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia, and their incidences increasedconcomitantly with the increment of urine hEGF levels. Conclusions The increment of urine hEGF levels maybe related to gastric carcinoma and gastric precancerous lesions.
