摘  要:为研究封隔器在P110套管内坐封时套管外表面周向应力与胶筒挤压力之间的关系,对套管受胶筒挤压产生的受力不均匀区域划分成有限个微小区域,使每个微小区域内均匀受力;利用ANSYS对1个均匀受压区域进行应力分析,得出管道外表面的周向应力在轴向的变化规律;通过Matlab采用非线性函数对该规律进行拟合,得出周向应力与内压、轴向距离之间的函数;最后在整个不均匀区域内以均匀受压区域下的应力函数为积分因子进行积分,建立整个不均匀区域下周向应力与内压、轴向距离之间的函数解析式;利用该解析式来了解套管内表面所受压力与外表面应力之间的关系,解决封隔器试验装置很难测定内表面受力的困难。本研究方法也可以用于研究卡瓦锚定等问题。In order to study relationship between outer surface circumferential stress and pressure of packer rubber when packer works on P110 casing,first,the uneven loading region was divided into finite tiny area for every tiny area under even loading.Then,ANSYS was used to analyze the even loading on one tiny area to obtain the change of outer circumferential surface stress on axial direction.The function of circumferential stress,internal pressure and axial distance were obtained through simulating of the law of nonlinear function with Matlab.Finally,the function of circumferential stress,internal pressure and axial distance under the whole uneven region were established through integration of stress function under even loading region on the entire uneven area.The relationship between the inner surface pressure and outer surface stress was obtained and the difficulty of stress was not tested by the packer test device,which was solved with the function.The research method also was adapted to the research of slips anchoring.
