摘　　要：太阳能被列为清洁、高效能源而得到世界各国学者的重视,中国也不例外。国内目前的大量的太阳能电池企业极大地促进了国内太阳能电池技术的发展与成熟。基于光电效应,根据所用材料的不同,太阳能电池可分为:硅基太阳能电池和多元化合物薄膜电池。随之研究的深入,多元化合物薄膜电池高光电转换效率且成本较低的优势必将成为太阳能电池市场的主导者。With the decreasing of all kinds of energy, the Thin film solar cells are under study by many research groups around the world. Based on the photoemission effect , solar ceils can be divided into two types according to the materials which are the one based on silica material and the compound thin film solar cells who will be the leader of the solar cell due to its higher-efficiency and lower-cost.
