摘　　要：采用文献资料法、对比实验法和统计调查法,研究"掌握学习"的教学理论在篮球选项课教学中的运用。实验结果表明"掌握学习"的教学法可优化篮球课的教学过程,能调动与发挥学生的情感特征对学习的作用,对提高学生的学习主动积极性、培养学生的能力和提高课堂教学质量均有较好的效果。Study the usage of ＂Master and Learn＂ teaching method in the basketball elective teaching with the help of literature data method, contrast experiment and statistic survey method. The result of the experiment shows that the teaching method of ＂Master and Learn＂ could optimize the teaching process of the basketball class, mobilize and exert the effects of the students sensibility characteristic for study, and it also shows some very good effects in increasing the students＇ study goaheadisrn and enthusiasm, training students capability and improving teaching quality in class.
