摘 要:传统就业机制是一种高就业、低收入的僵化就业制度,它使医院对劳动力不能正常吐纳,医务人员的劳动积极性不能发挥,医院组织纪律的严肃性受到挑战,不利于医院的发展。所谓风险型就业机制的重新构建,就是变传统的僵化的就业制度为流动的就业制度。通过形成市场化的就业流动机制,赋予职工自由择业的权利,并承担起选择的风险和责任。The tsaditional employment mechanism is a kind of sigid system of high employment and low income, which makes the hospitals unable to normally employ and dischasge theis employees and causes the enthusiasm for medical workers unable to fully developed. Thus,the severity of the organization discipline in hospitals are challenged, which is not good for hospital development. The socalled reconstruction of employment mechenism of risk type is to alter the traditional, rigid employment system to mobile employment system. By the establishment of marketting, mobile employment mechenism, the right of job choosing is entrusted to employees and the employees undestake the risks and responsibilities of their job choosing.
