摘 要:实验研究了胜利原油污染物对褐牙鲆仔稚鱼的急性毒性和对肝脏碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的影响。实验结果表明,胜利原油为低毒性污染物,其对褐牙鲆仔鱼的毒性主要是通过使水体与空气的交换量减少而导致鱼类窒息死亡,仔鱼中毒表现为乏力、身体失去平衡、打旋和下沉死亡;而稚鱼主要中毒表现为身体特别是尾部出现糜烂,最终导致死亡。胜利原油对褐牙鲆仔鱼的96hLC50为1.194~4.15mg/L,对稚鱼的96hLC50为7.87~11.86mg/L。低浓度的胜利原油对实验牙鲆的肝脏碱性磷酸酶活性有诱导作用,随着浓度的升高对其活性影响越大。碱性磷酸酶活性随着曝油时间的延长先升高然后降低到一个相对稳定的数值。The experiment focused on the study of acute toxicity of larval and postlarval Paralichthys olivaceus caused by the pollution of Shengli crude oil, and the effects of crude oil on the activity of alkaline phosphatase. Shengli crude oil was a low toxicity pollutant. It may harm the larval fish by reducing air exchange and leading to asphyxia and death. Symptoms such as inertia, losing balance, swirling, sinking and death were seen in poisoned fish. However, the main indicator of poisoning in the postlarvae was erosion on the body especially on tail, and eventually led to death. 96 h LC50 of Shengli crude oil was 1. 194-4. 15mg/L for larval fish and 7.87-11. 858mg/L for postlarval fish. The results showed that the AKP activities were primarily induced in the fish exposed to crude oil at low concentrations. This research can provide some fundamental data on the impact of crude oil on fish.
