摘　　要：目的对早期乳腺癌保乳治疗的手术效果进行分析,探讨乳腺癌保乳治疗的手术禁忌证及技术要求。方法回顾性分析1995至2007年行保乳治疗的172例早期乳腺癌的临床特点及疗效。结果保乳治疗手术并发症发生率为8.1%。术后76.7%患者乳房外形效果良好,局部再发率为4.2%,3年和5年生存率分别为95.7%和91.5%。结论选择早期乳腺癌中部分病例积极推行保乳治疗不影响患者的生存率,手术并发症少,局部复发率低,在生理上、心理上均改善了患者的生存质量。但残乳再发癌的发病机理及预防有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the effects of breast-conserved therapy in early stage breast cancer and to expeore the eontraindication and technical requirements. Methods The clinical features and therapeutic results of 172 patients with early breast cancer treated during1995 - 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The rate of operative complications in breast-conserving therapy was 8.1%. The follow-up results indicated that 76.7% of the patients showed a good cosmetic result after the therapy and 4.2% of the patients suffered from local recurrence. The 3- and 5-year survival rate were 95.7% and 91.5% respectively. Conclusions Breast-conserved therapy is a feasible treatment in appropriately selected patients with early breast cancer. It has fewer complications and local recurrence, but better living quality. The causes of local recurrence and their prevention should be further studied.
