摘　　要：氟苯水杨酸是具有解热、镇痛、非甾体抗菌类的一种新型的水杨酸类的药。本文以2、4-二氟联苯为原料,经酰基化、氧化、水解和羟化反应来合成氟苯水杨酸这一工艺路线,经反复试验研究得到各步最佳反应条件,单程收率达到75.1%。Diflunsial is a new nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drug,which is characterized by antipyretic and analgesic. This paper report the process is based on 2,4- difluorobiphenyl through hacylation oxidationhy drolysis and carboxylations. The best technological parameters was complete by doing more experiment. The total recovery achieved 75.1%.
