摘  要:目的:探讨建立原子荧光法同时测定北虫草中砷和硒的方法。方法:用微波消解处理样品及加标样品,用AFS-920型双道原子荧光光度计直接测定。结果:在最佳实验条件下,砷和硒的最低检出限为0.0926μg/L和0.1222μg/L;砷和硒的RSD分别为0.99%~1.06%和0.66%~0.71%;回收率分别为砷97.3%~100.7%,硒102.3%~103.4%。结论:该方法具有简便,快速,灵敏度、准确度高,干扰少等优点。Objective:To develop a method for simultancous determination of arsenic and selenium in north cordyceps by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods:Using microwave digestion,the samples and standard samples were detected with AFS-920 dual-channel direct determination of atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Results:In the best condition,the limit of detection for arsenic and selenium was 0.0926 μg/L and 0.1222 μg/L.The coefficient of variation for sample detection was 0.99%~1.06% and 0.66%~0.71%,respectively.The recovery rates of arsenic and selenium were 97.3%~100.7% and 102.3%~103.4%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and of high sensitive and accuracy,less interference.
