摘 要:将信息技术和可追溯理论相结合建立基于可追溯性的供应链管理平台,是保证水产品质量安全的有效途径。在追溯体制实施的背景下,水产品供应链结构得到了一定的优化,管理模式有了改进。基于此,本文分析了追溯系统的实施对水产品供应链结构的影响机制,分别从供应链整体角度分析了对物流和信息流的影响,从供应链行为主体角度分析了对各自的行为影响及相互之间关系的改进;探讨了追溯体制下水产品供应链管理模式的改进。最后通过海南省某水产品企业供应链的实证分析,说明追溯体制下供应链管理模式的有效性。The supply chain management platform based on traceability, which integrates with information technology and traceability theory, is an efficient way to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products. Under the background of traceability system implementation, the supply chain structure and management mode has been further improved. Based on that, the author has analyzed impact mechanism on supply chain structure affected by the implementation of traceability system, mainly analyzed the impact of goods circulation and information flow and relationships between stakeholders in supply chain. Author has also discussed the improvement of supply chain management mode. Finally, author has conducted a case study on aquatic products enterprises in Hainan, and proved the validity of supply chain mode under the traceability system.
