摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin mRNA的表达与前列腺癌发生及发展的关系。方法应用原位杂交技术检测45例前列腺癌组织和30例前列腺良性增生组织中凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin mRNA的表达。结果前列腺癌组织Survivin mRNA的平均光密度值（A）（0．4232±0．0085）显著高于前列腺良性增生（BPH）组（0．3303±0．0834）（P=0．001），且不同病理分级间Survivin mRNA表达[GI（0．3401±0．0474）、G2（0．4270±0．0074）、G，（0．4560±0．0883）]的差异有统计学意义（P=0．004），Survivin mRNA阳性表达与前列腺癌的淋巴结转移（0．4557±0．7921）呈正相关（P=0．005）。结论Survivin mRNA在前列腺癌组织中过度表达。推测Survivin参与前列腺癌的发生、发展以及与前列腺癌的预后密切相关。Objective To evaluate the expression of Survivin mRNA in the occurrence and progress of prostate cancer. Methods The inhibitor of apoptosis gene Survivin mRNA in 45 prostate cancer eases and 30 benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） eases were detected by hybridization in situ technique. Results The average optical density of prostate cancer groups （ 0.4232± 0.0085 ） was significantly higher than BPH groups （ 0. 3303 ±0. 0834） （ P = 0.001 ）. Among the different pathological grades [ G1 （ 0.3401± 0.0474 ）, G2 （ 0.4270 ± 0. 0074）, G3 （ 0.4560± 0. 0883 ） ] ,the difference was statistically significant in the expression of Survivin mRNA（ P = 0.004）. It was found that there was positive correlation between the transfer of lymph（0. 4557 ± 0.7921 ） and the expression of Survivin mRNA in prostate cancer（P = 0. 005 ）. Conclusion Survivin mRNA is overexpression in prostate cancer. It presumed that Survivin participate in genesis ,development of prostate cancer and closely correlated with prognosis.
