摘  要:为保证显热除霜循环的可靠运行,针对显热除霜循环的除霜机理和作用过程,在基本模糊控制算法的基础上引入具有自学习功能的自适应控制算法,设计出显热除霜方式的自适应模糊控制系统,并通过研制样机进行试验.试验表明:在除霜过程中,显热除霜循环运行平稳,压缩机回气压力波动在0.02MPa以内,同时避免了逆向除霜给热泵系统带来的冲击,消除了"奔油"现象,整个过程中系统供热水温度波动在5℃以内.表明自适应模糊控制算法具有较好的控制品质和控制特性.To ensure the reliability of the sensible heat defrosting method, the self-adaptive control algorithm with the self-learning function was introduced to the fuzzy control strategy. According to the defrosting mechanism and process, a self-adaptive fuzzy control device was developed for experimental study on the sensible heat defrosting method. The experimental results showed that the fluctuation of the compressor suction pressure and the heating water temperature can be regulated within 0. 02 MPa and 5℃ , respectively. Moreover, the phenomenon of" oil rush" can be eliminated. The establishment of a steady operation with above results shows the fine quality and characteristic of the self-adaptive fuzzy control algorithm.
